The tracking option is provided in the booking report screen panel that shows details of the shipment journey. With this option, you would be able to track your order status in real-time.
Can I have tracking page on my website?
Yes, you will get tracking link which you can add on your website tracking page for your customer to track booked parcel status by simply enter a tracking number into the website and get real-time tracking information on all your parcels and packages, instantly!
How many clients can I create from subscription plan?
You can create as many users/client as needed. You will have single credit limit to the entire user who will login and generate label to book parcel.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade your subscription plan from within your account settings at any time. Or connect with our team, we will guide you.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
No, once you have activated any pre-paid plan, the subscription cost will be deducted on the 1st day of every month which is non-refundable.
